Description
VS-GP4001-PI silicone thermal pad is made of PI tape laminated on the surface of silicone layer. It can achieve low interface thermal resistance under relatively low pressure, and has excellent thermal conductivity, thermal stability, softness and resilience. It is safe and reliable to use. It can be used between power devices and heat sink aluminum sheet or machine housing to effectively remove air and achieve good thermal conductive filling effect.

How to Apply Thermally Conductive Silicone Pads?
- Clean the surface of the substrate to be installed before use
- Select products with corresponding specifications based on the dimensions of the installation parts
