From customer demands to product project approval to successful product development, we held meetings again and again to discuss and analyze risks. In the process of meeting the requirements of overseas customers, we also took some detours and experienced opening sample molds twice. The sample test failed because it could not meet the customers' strict requirements. At a certain stage, I had doubts. This seems to have gone beyond the product requirements of the material's own characteristics. Are we discussing a compromise solution with the customer? However, because of the "customer-centric principle" that we adhere to in our hearts, we did not propose to customers that we should give up or provide other product replacement solutions. Instead, we turned around and conducted in-depth research and exploration with the technical team...



In the face of difficulties and problems, we always believe: Where there is a will there is a way. (Where there is a will, there is a way). In the repeated drawing revisions, material formula design, mold communication, process advancement thinking, and summary after review, we saw a glimmer of light guiding the direction. There is really no way out of the mountains and rivers, but there is another village with dark flowers and bright flowers! Moving forward in a determined direction, we finally found the path to implementation and quickly produced the product!
