The cold shrink breakout is a one of Volsun typical products. It is a rubber insulated finger sleeve which is pre-expanded on the support core. When it is used, it only needs to be positioned and then the support core can be removed, and the radial pressure is used to form the cover, which is waterproof and moisture proof effect. It has excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance and the same breath sealing effect. It is an ideal sealing product for communication cables, coaxial cables and medium and low voltage power cables.



This kind of breakout is suitable for connection seals of different diameters. When used, no need to heat or special tools, also no need for hot melt adhesive or tape to strengthen the joint. It is easy to install.
Let me show you the installation step by step as follows:



First, select the suitable cold shrink breakout, then put the breakout on the cable
For third step, remove the supporting core of the big end first, the big end is finished.
Next, pull the supporting cores off from the both small ends, then all finished.
